About Me

Hey My Name is Will Glass, this is my page for the things I care about. I’m a self taught tinkerer currently working as an associate engineer for a small EV company. I’m hoping in my adventures to take what Ive learned so far and move towards the space industry, something I care about deeply. 

I am a self taught photographer from the Santa Cruz Mountains born and raised. Growing up I had access to a lot of camera gear and gadgets to play with and I believe that toying around is what shaped me into the photographer I am now. I had a lot of amazing influences that encouraged and challenged me to keep going in photography and that has only built me up. I had a great graphic design teacher that encouraged me to take Black and White Film photography and Darkroom Processing at Cabrillo College. There I learned a lot of how to improve my photos even more and discovered my love for film. 

Around this same time I was getting into a lesser practiced style of photography, Astrophotography. At Cabrillo I met a friend and mentor who has since taught me everything I know about Astrophotography and led me deep into the world of astro, another form of photography that I fell in love with. 

I am hoping that this site serves as a portfolio and a place to share my photography for anyone to enjoy without social media being involved. Thanks for stopping by!
